The Student Counseling Service is happy to be able to provide treatment for students through the use of Therapist Assisted Online (TAO). TAO is a self-help platform of tools and educational modules designed to help you have a better understanding of your personal experiences and equip you with strategies and coping skills. The TAO model has been validated with over 100 studies in 20 countries. TAO's educational modules can be completed anytime and anywhere you have internet access.

TAO is a completely private online library of behavioral health resources that includes interactive educational modules and practice tools to help you understand and manage how you feel, think and act. You can learn stress management tools, mindfulness skills, problem-solving, relationship skills and strategies. There is no cost to you and you can do this on your own!
